Traditionally climbers trained their skills by climbing a lot. That was the solution, climb hard, do it a lot. The problem with that is that many of us don’t have access to dry rock year round. Beyond that, traditionally climbing a 5.12 was hard. In the past five years a host of climbers have been pushing the sport forward with a mixture of dry-land trainind and bouldering. The 5.12s are no longer something reserved only for the worlds most elite climbers.
At Irrational we are dedicated to giving people the gains in strength, flexibility, gripping power, and overal muscular endurance that they need to break into these harder, and far more rewarding climbs. Our mixture of advanced training techniques and rehab allow climbers to train to their maximal potential while ensuring that they don’t do lasting damage to their tendons or ligiments.
If you are looking to push your climbing to a new level either on the days you can’t get on rock, or during the portion of the year that snow keeps you trapped inside, give us a shout.
